Bottled at a potent 125.4 proof (62.8% ABV), it showcases a mash bill of 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley, aged between 7 and 9 years. This batch, released in February 2025, is noted for its complex nose featuring caramel, mint, oak, vanilla, cinnamon, and cocoa. On the palate, it delivers a hot and spicy profile with flavors of cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, mint, and cocoa, culminating in a long, warming finish with lingering notes of cinnamon, toffee, and cocoa. Despite its high proof, a splash of water can tame the heat and enhance its layered flavors.
