“Between You and I”is a 16-year-old single malt from Highland Park made in collaboration with Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, matured in virgin Swedish oak casks. The virgin Swedish oak gives it distinctive character: more tannin, wood spice, and a richer mouthfeel than many Highland Park core expressions.
