El Dorado Single Still Enmore Vintage 2009 Cask Strength is a rum with a steel backbone and a velvet robe—straight from a legendary wooden still, it packs a punch, winks as it does it, and leaves a trail of rich, rebellious flavor in its wake.
54.3% ABV (108.6 Proof), 750 ml
"The El Dorado Single Still Enmore Rum is produced from the original Edward Henry Porter (EHP) Wooden Continuous Coffey Still, and bottled at 54.3% ABV. The still was first constructed at the Enmore Estate in 1880. With the closure of the estate in 1990, the still was then moved to Diamond Estate. It is the last surviving wooden still operating in the world today."
