This is a pastis made in the Maritime alps
"The first Italian artisan pastis, the creation of two young and enterprising Piedmontese boys. After the cold infusion of plants and spices, the distillation of the alcohol takes place. The herbs come from producers and collectors close to the company and are almost all from organic farming. The sweetener used is Fair Trade Mascobado cane sugar.
Serve with water and a few ice cubes as an aperitif or a pleasant digestive after a meal."
