VINEYARD: Vineyards lie between 980 to 1200 meters above sea level.
FERMENTATION: Hand-picked grapes undergo a 12 to 24 hour maceration period followed by fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Malolactic fermentation occurs in concrete tanks.
AGING: The wine ages 6 months in second and third use barrels.
