Matured exclusively in Manzanilla sherry casks, this whisky offers a unique profile that blends Speyside elegance with coastal sherry complexity.
Bottled at a robust 51.9% ABV without chill filtration or added coloring, it presents a nose of red cola, sandalwood, and damp cellar notes. The palate reveals flavors of bacon crisps, chorizo, salted caramel popcorn, and olives, leading to a finish of tangerine, mineral notes, dark chocolate, and Turkish delight .
