Mashbill: 17% Yellow Corn, 63% Rye, 20% Malted Barley
"We know that whiskey takes time. Our journey began in 2014, and we barreled our first product in 2016. Each year we select the best barrels from the season to release as new batches which highlight different flavor profiles."
Aroma: Stone fruit, almond, pumpernickel, honey, toffee, leather, and toasted oak
Taste: Light brown sugar, soft cinnamon, marshmallow, rosemary, and black tea
Finish: Tobacco, toast, and dark chocolate
