42% ABV, 700 ml
Spirit obtained by the distillation of wild juniper berries, harvested by hand on the impervious slopes of the Aosta Valley. The sum of these small berries – along with raspberries and blueberries – and a pure and water, which gushes at the feet of our alpine glaciers, are the ingredients that embellish our Gin, giving it an unmistakable taste.

Production method
We prepare the three hydro-alcoholic infusion of juniper berries, blueberries and raspberry. The infusions are then distilled with a discontinuous bain-marie alembic still. At the end they are mixed with water
