Domaine Bersan 2017 Saint-Bris

Description

A rich, rare Sauvignon Blanc from the Burgundy region. These vines were planted between 1950 and 1955 in the commune of Saint Bris le Vineux, just south of Auxerre and west of Chablis.

Clear, brilliant yellow in color. Fine, delicate nose of white flowers, mineral notes and touches of citrus fruits. Fresh, clean flavors with a silky texture and steely finish.
