The 2021 Riesling (Estate) is highly aromatic and elegant on the clear, precise and flinty nose. Clear and fresh on the palate, this is an aromatic, almost dry and gripping Riesling with attractive fruit and piquant minerality.
"Predominantly from volcanic soils, the 2021 Riesling Trocken is super clear, fresh and flinty on the precise and reductive nose that shows ripe but focused fruit with white peach and apricot aromas. Light and highly stimulating on the palate, this is a salty, crisp and grippy Riesling with juicy fruit and the mineral expression of the Nahe. 11.5% stated alcohol. Diam cork. Tasted in July 2022."
