Crafted with a unique mash bill of malted and unmalted barley combined with Irish Barra oats, this whiskey is triple-distilled and matured for seven years in hand-selected tawny port casks, resulting in a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.
Bottled at 43% ABV (700 ml bottle), it offers a vibrant nose of red apple, ripe plum, cherry, and floral notes, complemented by subtle pot still spices . The palate delivers a polished experience with flavors of cherry soda, red apple, and punchy spices, culminating in a silky finish with lingering notes of nougat and candied fruits .
