For some reason I could not find Everclear 151 (only 190) in Houston. I was making Lemoncello from home grown lemons and have used Vodka before, and found that the Vodka could be tasted through the lemon flavor. Found a number of recipes that called for Everclear 151 and specifically said that the 190 was too strong. Found the 151 version on line here so ordered. What excellent service! From the first moment the order process went smoothly. There were updates as the process progressed, keeping me informed on shipping information and delivery. The product arrived fairly quickly, and the packaging was amazing. I've never ordered liquor on line as I can generally find anything I want in Houston. The experience was great....I know where to find my 151 in the future. Picture is 1.5L Everclear and zest from 15 lemons in the first stage. It will ferment for a month or so, the be mixed with a simple syrup mixture and rest for another month or so before bottling.
