The 2022 Edition of the US bottling of Ichiro’s Single Malt is composed of a blend of nine casks with a focus on a selection of barrels which previously held India pale ale, imperial stout, and hopped cider to lend subtle notes of tropical fruit and citrus.

• Made from 100% malted Concerto two row barley, milled and mashed in-house
• Mash fermented in Mizunara washbacks for 90–100 hours
• Distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills
• Non-age statement; aged in a combination of a sherry hogshead and ex-IPA, imperial stout, and hopped cider casks
• Bottled at cask strength without additives or coloring
