Knockmore Irish Whiskey is a high quality whiskey aged in flame-charred bourbon casks in Ireland’s County Mayo. They created the name and story concepts, which then led to using hand-illustration, hand-lettering and scratchboard illustration to craft the branding and packaging from start to finish for Prairie Creek Beverages, who import the whiskey from Ireland. This is a blending of aged single malts with 8-10 year grain and malt whiskeys.
