Aromas: At the beginning, wood ashes with hints of citrus, herbaceous, and river stones, which soon give way to aromas of roast meat, with a light smokiness of long persistence. At the end it leaves an itch of ginger and tangerine peel.
On the palate: Medium-bodied, with sweet attributes, caramel coffee flavors, and a fruity finish with hints of white grapes, orange, ripe pineapple, and quince.
Our origins go back to the time of the Mexican revolution, where the family of our partner and founder Carlos Moreno began to enter the world of mezcal. Today we continue to grow and we are proud to collaborate with more than 52 producer families from 18 communities in the state of Oaxaca, thus having an international presence in more than 16 countries.
