Lagar de Fornelos, often called by its brand name, Lagar de Cervera, is the winery in Rías Baixas from La Rioja Alta.
"Pale, green-tinged yellow. Mineral-accented Meyer lemon and quince aromas show fine clarity and complementary hints of honeysuckle and ginger. Minerally and seamless in texture, offering sappy orchard and citrus fruit flavors and a deeper melon nuance that emerges on the back half. Shows impressive energy and finishes silky and long, with a floral note hanging on."
