The Hasiberriak winery where Nekazari txakoli is made is located in the municipality of Ibarrangelua, in the Urdaibai Reserve, in front of the Izaro Island, Mundaka, Bermeo and between the beaches of Laga and Laida, next to the Hotel Gametxo. An interpretive model of viticulture where the biosphere fosters life and maintains adequate conditions for the sustainable cultivation of the vine.
Born of the earth, raised in clay, as of old. A production limited to 695 bottles. 10 months in contact with its own lees (amphora and tank). Looking at these quantities, we can say that they are exclusive and high quality wines (Jon Andoni Rementeria).
TASTING NOTES Bright yellow white wine with a striking green rim. On the nose, the citric tone and stone fruits stand out, with hints of brioche and boudoir herbs. In the mouth it is structured by its aging, balanced and tasty finish.
