Tasting notes
Nose
Fruity on pear, mandarin jam, grapefruit zest and dried apricot. Spicy notes of pepper, cloves, cinnamon, anis and pistachio with oxidative and vinous touches of the palo cortado.

Palate
Well balanced between the rum, oak and the sherry on chocolate, almond, cherry, blueberry, banana, bitter orange and some elegant rose notes.
