Vintage: full body vintage, red fruit and spicy notes of white pepper, balanced tannic finish
Vinification: fermentation in concrete tanks at 28°C (83°F), 20 days on the skins, pumping over twice a day, malo-lactic fermentation completed
Ageing: 5 months in large oak barrels
Bottling date: september 2021
Total production: approx. 90,000 bottles (6,500 cases)
