The Redwood Empire American Whiskey is produced by the Graton Distilling Company in Sonoma County. This is Batch #1, barrel aged in Sonoma, and bottled on or around August 10th of this year. What makes it different from other whiskeys on the market today is Redwood Empire’s proprietary blend of house-distilled and port barrel-rested rye whiskeys includes mature stocks of four, five and eleven-year-old bourbon aged in classic, high-toast American oak casks. Rye-forward and 90-proof, its full body is complimented by subtle, spicy notes and an "indulgent" vanilla-caramel finish.
