Distilled from estate-grown sugarcane juice, crushed within 60 minutes of harvest on volcanic slopes at the foot of Mont Pelée
Aged 2 years in a mix of American and French oak barrels with varied char levels, creating subtle wood nuance behind vivid fruit
Bottled at 42% ABV, non-chill-filtered, and free of colorants—pure agricole spirit in all its glory .
