With over 100 pounds of fresh, hand-peeled cucumber in every batch, Pinot Spruce Gin is Rogue’s Platinum award-winning Spruce Gin aged in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels for 4 – 6 months and is created using fresh Oregon spruce and other natural botanicals and spices.
