Tequila Ocho Plata Single Estate “Capulin” 2025 is a terroir-driven blanco crafted from estate-grown Blue Weber agave at 2,185 m elevation in Capulin, Jalisco. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 40% ABV, it embraces purity and provenance.
Nose: Cooked agave, honeyed sweet potato, chamomile, and gentle anise spice.
Palate: White pepper arrives up front, followed by dark chocolate, dried fruit, and a lively citrus-herbal core with bright minerality.
Finish: Smooth, subtly sweet, with lingering spice, earth, and a sweet herbal echo.

Each batch comes from a different field or rancho contributing distinctive characteristics of that place.
