The Blanco expression is crafted entirely from 100% Blue Weber agave, with harvested piñas subjected to a slow roasting process in traditional brick ovens, where patient, controlled heat draws out the plant's complex natural sugars without producing the bitter, burnt notes that a more rushed cooking process can introduce. Once cooked, the agave undergoes double distillation, a process specifically chosen to enhance purity while preserving the essential character of the agave itself.
