🥃 Origins & Aging

• Made at NOM 1414 in Jalisco’s Los Altos, crafted from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave, fermented to classical music, double‑distilled in copper pot stills, and bottled without additives.

• Aged for approximately eight months in Foursquare ex-rum oak casks sourced from Barbados, imparting a gentle tropical nuance alongside oak finesse.

👃 Aroma (Nose)

• Sweet cooked agave leads, followed by inviting notes of vanilla, caramel, cinnamon spice, and a hint of tropical fruit or banana. Subtle floral or nutty undertones and mild pepper complete the bouquet.
