Crafted by the López family at Destilería El Sabino in Los Altos, Jalisco.
Uses 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave, cooked in traditional masonry ovens, crushed by both tahona and roller mill, wild-fermented in wood and stainless, and double-distilled in copper and steel. No additives.
