🏷️ Maturation

• Aged for 12 years in a combination of first-fill Oloroso sherry casks and American ex-bourbon casks, with a final Oloroso finish to amplify depth. Bottled at 40% ABV (700 ml bottle), chill-filtered with caramel color added.
