🌡️ Aging Concept & Climate

• Fully-matured Kentucky straight bourbon traveled via ocean ship to Singapore, where the barrels endured 18 months in equatorial heat (avg. 82 °F) and humidity (~84%), accelerating wood interaction and intensifying flavors.

• Founder Trey Zoeller selected a high final proof of 104 to preserve full expression and bold aromatic presence.
  

👃 Nose (Aroma)

• Inviting and oak-forward with layers of sandalwood, barrel char, and Mexican chocolate. Opens further into dark molasses, grated nutmeg, and coconut cake, with waves of sweet tropic fruit and a gentle brine note reminiscent of sea air.
  

👅 Palate & Texture

• Full-bodied and silky. The initial flavors of molasses, stewed pear, and black cherry evolve into tobacco leaf, crème brûlée vanilla, and rich baking spices—cinnamon, clove, allspice, and cocoa. A hint of sea salt lingers like a soft nod to the Ocean series. Midpalate bitterness is slight and integrates gracefully.
