• Crafted by the Mériller family at Château Marie Plaisance in Bergerac sec, their fifth-generation estate farms organic-certified vines on clay-limestone hillsides just east of Bordeaux 

• The blend for “Le Brin” in 2023 is typically around 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sémillon, using fruit from 30–40‑year-old vines

• Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, with about 3 months on lees to build mid-palate texture without diminishing its bright profile
