PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Individual lots were fermented and aged in both barrel and stainless-steel tank before blending, lending to a bouquet of fresh citrus fruit, pineapple, and green apple framed by warm baking spice aromas. Medium in body and refreshing on the palate, crisp flavors of grapefruit, lime zest, lychee, and bouquet garni carry through the lasting finish.
