The Pelassa Barbera d'Alba Superiore San Pancrazio sources its fruit from vineyards in Montà d’Alba in the Roero region. The wine is dark in color concentration with plummy aromas of dark, raw fruit. It carries medium fruit weight and covers the palate nicely, setting the scene for a spicy chorizo pizza.
