Ardbeg Abyss is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky from the iconic Ardbeg Distillery on Islay, known worldwide for its uncompromising peat-driven style. Created as an experimental release, Abyss pushes Ardbeg’s signature character into deeper, darker territory through innovative cask management and blending techniques.

The whisky is built from heavily peated Ardbeg spirit matured in a combination of traditional ex-bourbon casks and specially selected experimental casks designed to intensify depth, texture, and contrast. Bottled at a higher strength and without chill filtration, Abyss emphasizes raw intensity, oily weight, and layered complexity—hallmarks of Ardbeg’s most adventurous releases.
