Released in 2019, the inaugural Cellar Collection with fortified wine casks marks a moment of innovation for our distillery. Earning 94 points by Robb Report, this spirit is finished in hand-selected Oloroso Sherry barrels, producing an invitingly sweet bourbon at 100 proof.

Released in 2020, the second chapter of Cellar Collection gives our oldest and finest bourbon a truly regal finish. As Robb Report notes, “This dark-amber tawny-cask finish takes the liquid to another level.” Finishing our Kentucky Straight Bourbon in tawny casks for over 10 months created a harmonious blend of dry fruit and oak at 111.6 proof.
