Chosen by 7th-generation Master Distiller Fred Noe, this batch is a tribute to Booker Noe’s beloved backyard retreat—a place for inspiration and repose. Bottled uncut and unfiltered, it's a blend of barrels aged 7 years, 1 month, and 20 days from eight different warehouses across various rickhouse floors, creating a layered expression of Kentucky bourbon maturation.

• Nose: Inviting aromas of toasted oak, warm vanilla, brown sugar, caramelized sugar, and a subtle spice ambience balanced with ethanol brightness. 

• Palate: Full-bodied and flavorful—think caramel, roasted nuts, charred wood, sweet vanilla, peanuts, cinnamon rolls, clove, black cardamom, and a hint of red berry complexity. 

• Finish: Long and rich, with lingering caramel, oak dryness, baking spice, black pepper, wood smoke, and classic “Beam nuttiness” threading through.
