Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), each bottle represents the contents of one hand-selected barrel that met the master distiller’s high standards for flavor, balance and maturity. The bourbon is part of the Elijah Craig family, named in honour of the Reverend Elijah Craig, often credited with pioneering char-oak barrel ageing.
