This Kentucky straight bourbon, with a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, is aged traditionally before undergoing a six-month finishing period in Portuguese port wine casks, resulting in a unique and complex flavor profile.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: A harmonious blend of vanilla, tobacco, and leather, complemented by subtle hints of cinnamon and raspberry. 

• Palate: Sweet fruitiness from the port cask mingles with dark chocolate, baking spices, and a touch of oak, creating a rich and layered tasting experience.
