2 oz Four Roses Small Batch Select
¼ oz simple syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Orange peel garnish
Stir with ice, strain over a large cube, express orange peel over top.

2 oz Small Batch Select
¾ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
Fresh mint & berries (raspberries or blackberries)
Muddle berries + mint + syrup; add bourbon and lemon; shake with ice; strain into crushed ice; garnish with mint sprig.

1 tbsp honey
¾ oz lemon juice
Hot water
