Distilled and bottled in Hye, Texas, by Garrison Brothers—the first legal bourbon distillery in the state—Laguna Madre 2025 is a study in patience and precision. The whiskey begins its life aging for four years in new American white-oak barrels, before being transferred into French Limousin oak casks for another four years of maturation, yielding a total of eight years in wood.

The Texas climate plays a crucial role, with intense heat and temperature swings accelerating flavor concentration and cask interaction. The Limousin oak finish adds distinctive vanilla, creamy cocoa, and spice notes, elevating the bourbon’s natural sweetness.
