Origins & Craftsmanship

Produced by the historic Green River Distilling Company in Owensboro, Kentucky, this bourbon uses a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley. The Full Proof release is a small-batch selection of barrels that are blended and bottled at barrel strength (around 117.3 proof / ~58.65% ABV), without dilution. The approach focuses on maximizing flavor and texture by preserving the natural strength of the cask, showcasing the distillery’s craftsmanship and aging environment.

Tasting Profile

Nose: Rich and inviting—aromas of toffee caramel, chocolate-coated peppermint, vanilla and seasoned oak. Subtle hints of cinnamon, dried cherry and light leather round out the bouquet.
Palate: Full-bodied and layered. The richness of brown sugar and creamy caramel lead the way, followed by spice from the rye—cinnamon, allspice and a touch of white pepper. A subtle fruit note (apricot or cherry) appears, along with mellow oak tannin.
