"HIRSCH, The Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey debuted in 2021 in honor of Bourbon Heritage.
The Single Barrels are high proof, but approachable at ABVs ranging from 54-57%.
The nose is nutty and spicy with notes of root beer and hints of tobacco. On the palate, you'll taste cashew butter, sarsaparilla, and soft hints of stone fruit."
