Stonestreet Founder’s Edition marks the debut bourbon release from the Stonestreet brand, connected to the renowned Jackson family, whose legacy includes both fine wine production and champion thoroughbred racing in Kentucky. The whiskey reflects the same pursuit of excellence that defines the family’s ventures in agriculture and racing.

The bourbon is produced in Kentucky and crafted as a small-batch wheated bourbon, meaning wheat replaces rye as the secondary grain in the mash bill. This choice results in a rounder, softer, and slightly sweeter flavor profile compared with traditional rye-based bourbons.

The mash bill for the inaugural batch consists of approximately:

• 70% corn
• 21% wheat
• 9% malted barley

This grain recipe emphasizes sweetness and texture while maintaining classic bourbon structure.

The whiskey is aged a minimum of five years in new charred oak barrels, allowing the spirit to develop depth while preserving the bright fruit character typical of wheated bourbons.

The inaugural release was produced from only 131 barrels, reinforcing its status as a limited, small-batch introduction to the brand. Bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV), it offers a balance between richness and drinkability.
