Sourced from Craigellachie Distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland, this whisky has been bottled by William Cadenhead, the country’s oldest independent bottler. The spirit was matured for 18 years in refill Oloroso hogsheads, giving it significant time to develop but using casks that allow the distillery character to remain prominent. Bottled at 46 % ABV and non-chill-filtered with no added colouring, it bears the hallmarks of careful independent selection.

• Nose: Opens with a dunnage-warehouse richness—notes of stewed raisins, soft white-chocolate buttons, subtle edamame bean umami and time-worn leather.

• Palate: Medium to full bodied, with an oily texture. Leather and dark chocolate emerge alongside matcha tea, pistachio and malted barley sweetness. The sherry cask influence adds dried fruit richness.

• Finish: Long and warming. The finish carries baked-fruit warmth (Christmas cake style), lemon-zest lift, peanut butter undertones and milk-chocolate raisins—leaving a complex, layered after-taste.
