Crafted by Maison Larsen, Aqua Ignis is the world’s first cognac matured in steam‑toasted oak barrels.
Each 225 L French oak cask is repeatedly plunged into hot water then toasted over fire, three times, which extracts rich aromas of roast and browning without harsh smoke or tannin influence.
Bottled at 42.3% ABV, it is a non-age-stated spirit focused on innovative wood expression.
The aromatics open with candied fruit and layered richness of mocha‑coated coffee beans, dark chocolate, and burnt orange zest, balanced with soft vanilla and brioche top notes.
