Composition & Winemaking

• A blend of 95–96% Cabernet Sauvignon, with 4–5% Merlot (and traces of Cabernet Franc) aged 25 months in 75% new French oak, primarily Taransaud barrels.

• The core fruit comes from the Sacrashe Vineyard in Rutherford, renowned for dense, cassis-laden expression, complemented with select mountain appellations to heighten elegance.

Aromatics (Nose)

Deep and layered, the bouquet opens with freshly turned earth, dark spices, melted dark chocolate, blackberry, and graphite, evolving to cedary tones infused with tobacco and savory herb nuance.
