Sourced exclusively from Pelissa Vineyard in Oakville—a 60-acre site planted to Old BV Clone 7 Cabernet Sauvignon—the grapes were hand-harvested early, cold-soaked (60% whole berries), and aged ~20 months in medium-toast French oak barrels (25% new)
