Rita Hills. The long, even 2023 growing season produced grapes of remarkable freshness and aromatic purity. Hand-harvested fruit underwent native yeast fermentation and gentle extraction before aging in French oak barrels—primarily neutral—to preserve terroir expression. This wine embodies winemaker Adam Tolmach’s philosophy of minimal intervention, allowing the vineyard and vintage to shine through.
