Crafted by Antigua Distillery Limited at its estate still on Antigua, the rum is distilled from molasses using a modified copper column still.
Aged for at least 5 years in ex‑bourbon barrels and enhanced with small oak chips to accelerate oak integration during tropical aging. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
Rich and inviting aromas of burnt caramel, toasted coconut, and molasses, balanced by vanilla, oak, and a subtle smoky edge.
Additional complexity surfaces in some pours: walnut, tobacco leaf, orange peel, and dried fruit notes like raisin or prune, alongside sweet spice accents.
