Origins & Craftsmanship
Crafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, Humano begins with 100 % Blue Weber agave grown to full maturity. The distillation process respects tradition and purity, with no additives or shortcuts. This Añejo is matured through a double-barrel process for approximately 12 months, combining new American oak and bourbon barrels to impart depth and wood-driven nuance. Bottled at 40 % ABV (80 proof), the brand emphasises authentic agave character and artisanal craft.

Nose: Rich and inviting, with aromas of white oak, warm vanilla pod, soft caramel and red apple or cherried fruit tones.
Palate: Smooth and well-textured. The vanilla and caramel continue, joined by soft cinnamon spice, cooked agave sweetness, and gentle oak tannin.
Finish: Long and lingering. Warm caramel and baked apple lead into cinnamon-spice echoes and soft oak dryness, leaving a polished after-taste of agave and wood.
