Free from peat influence, it leans into fruit, honey, and gentle oak tones—making it a great entry point into Glengoyne’s style while still offering enough depth for more seasoned drinkers.
Distillery / Region: Glengoyne sits just on the Highland side of the Highland/Lowland divide, with its maturing warehouses located in the Lowlands.
Unpeated Malt: Glengoyne does not use peat in drying its barley — the malt is dried with warm air instead.
Cask Regimen: The 12-year expression is matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon hogsheads and first-fill sherry wood casks, plus refill casks.
ABV / Bottling: It is bottled at 43% ABV.
