With more Cabernet Sauvignon than Merlot, this wine has delicious black-currant flavors as well as a dry edge to the tannins from 12 months in wood. It leaves a bright, fruity aftertaste.
MercerSince the acquisition of the property in 1870, the passion for wine is a legacy handed down from generation to generation in the Francisco family. Jean, the father, tells how he was in a hurry to leave school, to take care of his 3 feet of vines planted be- hind the house. In total harmony with nature, he often compares the vine to a child he cherishes, cares for, observes, to better accompany him in his growth. Claude, do not forget the little tricks of his grandfather when he works his vines. During a walk in the vineyard with his customers, he tells the story of this beautiful plant that is the vine.
